1. What type of browser is suitable to submit online applications?

Please use ONLY Internet Explorer Version 6.0 and above to submit the online applications.

2. In the Registration Form For Company (Services Provider), I have tried checking my company’s existence using the company name, but why can't I proceed to fill in the form?

It is a requirement for companies to first check their company existence using both the company name and then ROC/ROB/Professional Registration No. field. This to confirm your ROC No. is correct IF you have existed in the database.

If your company is new, after checking your existence using the ROC/ROB/Professional Registration No. field, other fields will be able to fill in. Please also make sure that you have finished keying in information in the other tabs before you click on the submit button.

4. I cannot enter the product description. When I click on the Product Category button, nothing came out.

Please make sure to turn off the Pop Up blocker. Clicking on the product category button will open up a new window. If the Pop Up blocker is turned ON, the new window will not open. This also happens when you click on the HS Code button.
