Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE) Trade Advisory Help Desk was set up at MATRADE Head Office to serve as the first point of contact for business visitors to MATRADE who have general enquiries on MATRADE‘s services and programmes. The Help Desk also attends to general enquiries received through telephone from the business community both locally and overseas and where required, will forward the enquiry to relevant departments within or outside the organization for follow-up action.
