01The organiser must be a registered local or foreign company,

02The venue of the exhibitions must be equipped with suitable equipments and facilities,

03The events must occupy a minimum space of 500 square metres nett,

04The events feature products, technologies or services that are consistent with industry requirements, and

05For international exhibitions, the events must have one of the following:

• at least 20 % foreign exhibitions ,or
• at least 20 % nett space rented to foreign exhibitions, or
• 10 % foreign trade visitors

06Application for endorsement must be made using MATRADE's Form E1 with an audited report of the previous exhibition.
