Two benchmark visits from MIMOS library and MyIPO 4. BIC Clinic at seminar organised by MATRADE 5. 23 information literacy and database training programmes attended by 134 participants 6. Two series of Trade Insight Talks 7. 14 visits to trade fairs and two visits to libraries 8. Collaboration of programmes with other institutions such as PNM, MITI Library and agencies, Librarians Association Malaysia (PPM), MATRADE Cooperative as well as Knowledge Link Sdn Bhd companies such as Jom Baca Bersama untuk 10 minit (World Book and Copyright Day), Quran hour, Spy camp innovation in the library as well as Bengkel Mencipta Kesetiaan Tribe Perpustakaan Melalui Media Sosial and Product Update: Web ILMU.
