Outreach efforts are ongoing to increase membership and ensure more companies can access the benefits provided, and have generated 2,591 business enquiries, assisting 1,932 companies. MATRADE also provides feedback and responds to export-related enquiries in person (walk-in), via phone, email at info@matrade.gov.my, or through the trade enquiry system, which directs enquiries to the relevant unit or department.
