ARAB HEALTH 2024 11 In 2020, we introduced the CPRC Hospital System for MOH Malaysia, a comprehensive platform managing over 1000 admissions and discharges daily during the pandemic. The solution has now evolved to a Hospital Information System. Now integral in over 140 public hospitals, it features more than 20 modules to streamline operations and enhance patient care. Continuing our technological advancement in 2021, we launched the first HL7 FHIR-based Clinical Data Repository in South East Asia, the Health Information Exchange for MOH Malaysia, setting new standards in health data management. This includes a lite Clinic Management System solution for practitioner, Mobile App and Software for patients/citizens, and Dashboard & Analytics for Health Administrators. In 2023, we expanded to Indonesia, integrating with SatuSehat of MOH Indonesia, collaborating with global tech partners to facilitate healthcare providers’ integration with the SatuSehat FHIR Server. Our latest innovation, VEINS (Value Exchange Interoperability Network), launched in 2023, is a patient-centric platform within the MHN HIE Platform. VEINS include: 1. VEINS Medico: A platform for healthcare professionals to view patient health timelines, make referrals, and manage services. 2. VEINS HAJ: Specifically designed for the health management of Hajj pilgrims, ensuring their health and safety during the pilgrimage. 3. VEINS Engage: A mobile app for patients to access health information and communicate with providers. 4. VEINS INSIGHT: An analytics platform for data-driven insights and optimized health management.
