Projects Undertaken (Domestic) SMTC conducts safety courses for the oil and gas industry in Malaysia, as it is approved by the PETRONAS/Production Sharing Contractors’ Joint HSE Working Committee. Similarly, it is also approved by the Malaysian Marine Department to conduct the Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW) modular safety courses for the merchant shipping industry.
