For the successful outcome of the National Trade Blueprint, the partnership and joint efforts of all stakeholders involved in the export value chain will be crucial. Successful implementation of this blueprint will see an export sector that is more coordinated, more skilled, more resilient and better informed. The 8 strategic thrusts mapped out in the blueprint will help enhance trade competitiveness, push for high value-added activities, and increase visibility of Malaysia’s exports; an institutional mechanism that will lift the nation’s exports to a higher and more sustainable growth trajectory.
