DOMINANT Opto Technologies, an Opto Semiconductors manufacturer founded in late 2000. The primary activity of the company is to design and develop, assembly and test the Opto Semiconductors.

With the world demand changes in lighting philosophy from bulb technology to semiconductors based materials, the founder have initiated this manufacturing facility which provide the research and development, test and packaging of all Opto Semiconductors components to the multinational company.

In terms of the capability of human resource, all the directors are equipped with vast knowledge in opto semiconductors. To ensure flexibility and agility work force, recruiting new knowledgeable and dynamic personnel is always in the top agenda of the company. Besides, the TQM (Total Quality Management) philosophy is used as the basic management philosophy that ensures the satisfaction of customers; employees and stakeholders are taking care of.
