Thecompanystarted in 1983under thenameSiewFui PaperProducts
andwent on to become the leadingmanufacturer of paper egg trays
inMalaysia and Singapore. In 1992, the companywas approached by
a JapaneseMultinational Corporation to explore the possibilities of
producingmouldedpulpcushions. Thoughgoing ‘green’ was not big
at that time, theManaging Director saw great potential in investing
