Welcome to today's launching of the Mid-Tier Companies Development Program.
We are indeed very pleased to have all of you here who are mostly CEO of Mid Tier Companies to join this event and thus to find out more about The Mid-Tier Companies Development Program, which is undertaken by Matrade in collaboration with EPU and AIM.
Ladies and Gentleman,
The Mid-Tier Companies Development Program aims to identify, develop and nurture Mid-Tier Companies to become more resilient and competititive, both regionally and internationally.
Hence, Once companies are selected and recruited to be in this program, they will have the advantage to
1- gain access to global network of potential business patners and distributors;
2- acquire a better and more informed choice of prioritized [ prior ritized ] markets through introductions to reliable market intelligence, business support tools and international experts;
3- experience enhanced knowledge on targeted markets and industry sectors from reputable sources;
4- obtain access to credible local and international financial institutions as well as private equity firms;
and
5- benefit from a network of technology and innovation partners with worldwide recognition.
Ladies and Gentlemen,
Completing the Mid-Tier Companies Development Program is a challenging task, but its success is not impossibe.
For that, I must congratulate the hard-working team in Matrade for their persistence and determination, although I am sure there must be some frustrating moments during the beginning of this Program.
