For 2013, exports of services increased by 7.2% to RM125.47 billion compared to RM117.01 billion
recorded in 2012. Imports increased by 7.3% to RM140.52 billion from RM131.01 billion in 2012.

E & E products
Exports of E&E products in 2013 recorded an increase
of 2.4 per cent to RM236.76 billion, contributed mainly
by exports of electronic integrated circuits and parts
& accessories of Automatic Data Processing (ADP)
machines. Increase in exports were recorded for
semiconductor devices and ICs which grew by 9.2%,
electrical machinery and apparatus by 8.7% and
electric power machinery & parts which increased by
4.3%.
Markets that recorded growth for E & E exports
in 2013 were Singapore, which recorded RM3.29
billion, the Netherlands which increased to RM2.99
billion and Hong Kong to RM2.01 billion.
